Convener standing committee stress management/mental health

Being a convener of standing committee I conducted a  lot of training sessions and seminars on stress management and mental health.  As a chairperson of training and development at Lahore Chamber of Commerce, it was my honor to deliver and train participant on Public relations, stress management, Sales management, and business communications. Multiples batches are trained with increased productivity of 90%.
